Col. Rajkumar Mahajan (Veteran) brings over 20 years of distinguished service in the Indian Army, complemented by extensive leadership experience in administration, operations and institutional governance. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) and a Bronze Medalist, he possesses deep expertise in strategic management, compliance and large-scale operations.

At IILM University, he serves as the Head of Administration & Vigilance Officer, leading the entire campus administration ecosystem, including infrastructure, facilities management, security, statutory compliance and stakeholder coordination. He is instrumental in driving operational efficiency, optimizing resources and implementing structured governance systems to support the University’s growth and excellence.

He oversees vigilance functions, focusing on preventive vigilance, risk mitigation and the establishment of transparent and accountable processes, thereby strengthening institutional integrity and compliance frameworks.

He previously served as the Head of Operations at Mall in New Delhi where he managed complex, high-footfall operations involving facilities, security, vendor ecosystems and customer experience, delivering operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
